“good hotel with helpful staff” I was going to this hotel for the first time. I had seen reviews on net before going. not many reviews, but going by website description of the hotel, I expected hotel to b good. it surpassed my expectations. Tall hotel lobby makes an impression. theme on each floor. spacious n clean rooms. stylish decor n attractive lighting. LCD TVs. I used to wait for coming back to room after hectic day. good 24/7 restaurant, chef and restaurant manager are ready with suggestions for u as per your requirements. front desk is also helpful. when i checked in, the room available was bit smaller. But they promised me to shift room when it would be available. and they kept their promise as i was shifted to frontside road facing room on 3rd floor the very next day. Also to get a vehicle early morning for my further travel. Mr. Nizaam from front desk was always there with a smile on his face. location is slightly on one side of the city, but near to airport. overall a good experience. would stay there again during next visit to Surat.Thank you Team Orange.
